  • Orders below ₹5,000 may attract a nominal shipping fee depending on the region.

  • All orders are dispatched with a tax invoice.

  • Our packaging is tamper-proof, discreet, and secure, ensuring safe handling of high-value products.

  • Diamond certification and product authenticity documents are included with applicable items.

  • Delivery Refusal or Missed Delivery

  • In case of unavailability at delivery, courier partners may attempt redelivery.

  • If you fail to receive the product after multiple attempts, the item may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for subsequent dispatch.

  • Modification After Dispatch

We do not allow address changes or order modifications once the order has been dispatched.

  • Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
