Return & Refund Policy

At Jim Dandies, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our lab-grown diamonds. Our 50% Lifetime Refund Policy makes us uniquely customer-first in the diamond industry.

This policy details the eligibility, process, and conditions under which returns and refunds may be initiated.

We proudly offer a 50% refund on the original invoice value of any lab-grown diamond purchased from Jim Dandies.

 

Key Features:

  • Applicable for life (no expiry)

  • Refunds issued anytime after delivery

  • Product must be in original, undamaged condition

  • Return must be made via an Authorized Dealer

  1. Initiate Request

    Fill The Form Available at Help Center with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Visit Authorized Dealer

    You’ll be directed to your nearest Jim Dandies Authorized Return Partner for submission of the diamond.

  3. Product Verification

    The product will undergo inspection for authenticity, damage, and tampering. You will be notified within 3–5 business days.

  4. Refund Transfer

    Upon successful verification, 50% of the original product value will be refunded to your bank account or digital wallet within 7–14 business days.

  • Refund applies only to the diamond product value, not shipping, taxes, or customizations

  • Item must match original purchase records (order ID, diamond certificate, etc.)

  • Refund is non-negotiable and fixed at 50% of the invoice

  • In case of gift voucher purchases, refund will be credited to Phali Coin balance or store wallet

The following are non-refundable:

  • Damaged, broken, or altered products

  • Phali Coin redemptions

  • Digital downloads or custom packaging

  • Gift vouchers (unless legally mandated)

Purchases made using Phali Coins are non-refundable in INR. If an item is returned:

  • The used coins will be restored to your account

  • No cash equivalent will be paid for coins

  • Coins earned on that order may be reversed

At this stage, we do not offer product exchanges. You are advised to process a return and place a new order.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or wallet account again

  • Then contact your payment provider

  • If still unresolved, contact us at Help Center

Currently, Jim Dandies processes and delivers orders only within India.

We do not accept or fulfill international orders at this time. All returns must be made through authorized dealers within India.
