Welcome to the Reward Phalicoins Program operated by Jim Dandies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Reward Phalicoins Terms & Conditions (“Reward Terms”) govern the earning, holding, restriction, unlocking, redemption, adjustment, settlement, transfer (where permitted), nomination, administration, and use of Reward Phalicoins offered through JimDandies.com and any associated platforms operated by the Company.

These Reward Terms form an integral part of the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return & Settlement Policy, Shipping Policy, and all other applicable policies published on the Website.

By registering an account, placing an order, participating in any promotional campaign, earning or redeeming Reward Phalicoins, submitting a referral, requesting settlement, submitting a refund waiver, participating in the Windfall Reward Phalicoins Program, or otherwise participating in the Reward Phalicoins ecosystem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Reward Terms.

If you do not agree with these Reward Terms, you should not participate in the Reward Phalicoins Program.

The Reward Phalicoins Program has been established to recognise and reward genuine customer participation within the Jim Dandies ecosystem.

Reward Phalicoins are intended to encourage long-term customer relationships by rewarding eligible purchases, referrals, promotional participation, memberships, and other qualifying activities introduced by the Company from time to time.

The Program has been designed with multiple security, verification, and sustainability measures to ensure fairness for all customers while protecting the long-term integrity of the rewards ecosystem.

Reward Phalicoins do not constitute legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, investment securities, prepaid payment instruments, or any form of financial asset. They represent a promotional customer loyalty benefit governed exclusively by these Reward Terms.

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned below:

Reward Phalicoins means the loyalty reward units issued by Jim Dandies under the Reward Phalicoins Program.
Website means JimDandies.com together with all associated websites, mobile applications, customer portals, and related services operated by Jim Dandies.
Customer means any registered user holding an account with Jim Dandies.
Eligible Product means a product designated by Jim Dandies as qualifying for Reward Phalicoins under the applicable program rules.
Eligible Order means an order satisfying all eligibility conditions determined by Jim Dandies.
Tier 1 Restriction means the temporary restriction applicable to certain Reward Phalicoins while applicable refund rights remain available.
Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction means the temporary restriction applicable to selected Windfall Reward Phalicoins and other qualifying promotional rewards until the applicable unlocking requirements are completed.
Refund Waiver means the voluntary surrender of applicable refund rights by a customer in accordance with the Company’s Refund Waiver Policy.
Settlement means the Company’s structured Lifetime Settlement Program, which operates independently of conventional refunds.
Windfall Reward Phalicoins means promotional Reward Phalicoins distributed through the Company’s monthly Windfall Reward Phalicoins Program.
Referral means an eligible customer recommendation satisfying the applicable Referral Program requirements.
Member means a customer who satisfies the applicable membership requirements for participation in specific Reward Phalicoins programs.
Wallet Balance means the total Reward Phalicoins associated with a customer’s account before applying any restrictions, adjustments, freezes, or redemptions.
Restricted Reward Phalicoins means Reward Phalicoins that are temporarily unavailable for redemption because of Tier 1 Restriction, Tier 2 Restriction, security review, administrative freeze, dispute, chargeback, or any other applicable restriction.
Redeemable Reward Phalicoins means Reward Phalicoins that are eligible for redemption under the applicable Reward Phalicoins Program.

Participation in the Reward Phalicoins Program is voluntary and available only to customers who satisfy the eligibility requirements prescribed by Jim Dandies.

To participate in the Program, a customer must:

maintain a valid registered account with Jim Dandies;
provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date registration information;
comply with all applicable Company policies;
complete any verification requirements requested by the Company;
not be subject to fraud investigation, account suspension, or other participation restrictions.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in the Reward Phalicoins Program where participation is inconsistent with these Reward Terms or where fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

Participation in one Reward Phalicoins feature does not automatically entitle a customer to participate in every promotional campaign, membership program, referral program, Windfall distribution, or future reward initiative introduced by Jim Dandies.

Every registered customer may maintain one primary Reward Phalicoins account associated with their Jim Dandies customer account.

Reward Phalicoins are recorded electronically and have no physical form unless expressly converted into an eligible redemption item offered by Jim Dandies.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

Reward Phalicoins accounts are personal to the registered customer and may not be sold, assigned, pledged, transferred, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of except where expressly permitted by the Company under an applicable policy, including any approved nominee arrangements.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to merge, suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate Reward Phalicoins accounts where duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations, identity misrepresentation, or abuse of the Reward Phalicoins Program is identified.

Reward Phalicoins may be earned through eligible activities determined by Jim Dandies from time to time. The availability, value, eligibility criteria, and conditions applicable to each earning activity shall be determined solely by the Company.

Reward Phalicoins may be awarded for qualifying activities including, but not limited to:

purchasing eligible products;
referring eligible customers;
participating in promotional campaigns;
Windfall Reward Phalicoins distributions;
membership-based benefits;
seasonal offers and special events;
customer appreciation programs;
anniversary, birthday, or milestone rewards;
social media or community participation where expressly offered by the Company; and
any other activity designated by Jim Dandies as eligible for Reward Phalicoins.

Reward Phalicoins shall be credited only after the applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied. The Company reserves the right to delay, review, modify, reject, or reverse any Reward Phalicoins allocation pending verification or where required under these Reward Terms.

Participation in any earning activity does not create a contractual entitlement to receive Reward Phalicoins, and the Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any earning method at its discretion.

Reward Phalicoins are calculated in accordance with the earning rules applicable to the relevant promotion, product category, or Reward Phalicoins Program in effect at the time of the qualifying activity.

The calculation methodology may vary depending upon factors including:

product category;
purchase value;
promotional campaign;
referral eligibility;
membership status;
Windfall Reward Phalicoins rules;
eligible quantity;
program multipliers;
administrative adjustments; and
any other criteria published by the Company.

The calculation methodology applicable at the time of the qualifying transaction shall ordinarily govern that transaction unless correction is necessary due to fraud, system error, administrative error, or applicable law.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to modify future earning formulas without affecting completed transactions unless otherwise required by these Reward Terms.

Reward Phalicoins are not necessarily credited immediately upon completion of an activity.

Depending upon the applicable Reward Phalicoins Program, Reward Phalicoins may be credited only after:

successful payment confirmation;
completion of order verification;
completion of delivery;
completion of the applicable order status;
expiry of any applicable verification period;
successful referral verification;
successful promotional verification;
administrative approval where applicable; or
completion of any other qualifying condition specified by Jim Dandies.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to defer, suspend, or withhold Reward Phalicoins pending verification of eligibility.

From time to time, Jim Dandies may conduct promotional campaigns under which customers may earn additional Reward Phalicoins.

Each promotional campaign shall be governed by its own eligibility requirements, promotional period, qualifying activities, reward limits, and special conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional Reward Phalicoins shall remain subject to these Reward Terms together with the specific terms applicable to the relevant campaign.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, withdraw, or terminate any promotional campaign without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Eligible customers may participate in the Referral Program where such participation has been enabled by Jim Dandies.

Referral rewards are intended to recognise genuine customer recommendations and shall be credited only after all applicable referral requirements have been satisfied.

A referral shall ordinarily qualify only where:

the referred customer is genuinely new to Jim Dandies;
the referral has been successfully linked to the referring customer using the approved referral mechanism;
the referred customer completes all applicable qualifying activities;
the referred transaction satisfies the eligibility requirements published by Jim Dandies; and
the referral successfully passes all fraud prevention and verification procedures.

Referral rewards may be withheld, reversed, cancelled, or declined where fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, artificial transactions, promotional abuse, or any violation of these Reward Terms is identified.

Jim Dandies reserves the sole discretion to determine the validity of any referral.

Certain Reward Phalicoins benefits may be available only to customers who satisfy the applicable membership requirements established by Jim Dandies.

Membership eligibility may be determined using one or more factors including:

eligible purchases;
qualifying orders;
active participation;
Reward Phalicoins activity;
Windfall Program participation;
promotional eligibility;
account standing; or
any other criteria published by the Company.

Membership status does not create any vested right and may change automatically where eligibility requirements are no longer satisfied.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue membership categories from time to time.

Jim Dandies may operate one or more Windfall Reward Phalicoins Programs under which eligible members participate in periodic reward distributions.

Participation in the Windfall Program is subject to eligibility requirements determined by the Company and may include qualifying purchases, active membership status, eligible categories, or other participation criteria.

Unless otherwise specified, Windfall Reward Phalicoins are calculated and distributed in accordance with the applicable Windfall Program rules in force at the relevant time.

Participation in one distribution cycle does not guarantee participation in any future distribution.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to amend the eligibility criteria, calculation methodology, distribution frequency, reward pool, participation requirements, and administrative procedures governing the Windfall Program.

The Reward Phalicoins Program is intended to evolve over time.

Jim Dandies may introduce new earning opportunities, promotional campaigns, membership categories, referral incentives, reward categories, redemption options, reward restrictions, unlocking methods, loyalty benefits, or other features without requiring the creation of a separate Reward Phalicoins Program.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all future Reward Phalicoins features shall automatically become subject to these Reward Terms.

Where additional conditions are required for a specific feature or promotional campaign, those conditions shall supplement these Reward Terms and shall not replace them.

Reward Phalicoins may be redeemed only in accordance with these Reward Terms, the applicable redemption rules published by Jim Dandies, and any additional conditions applicable to a specific reward, promotional campaign, or redemption method.

Only Redeemable Reward Phalicoins may be used for redemption. Reward Phalicoins that are subject to Tier 1 Restriction, Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction, administrative freeze, security review, dispute, chargeback, or any other applicable restriction shall not be available for redemption until the relevant restriction has been removed.

Reward Phalicoins may be redeemed towards eligible purchases, promotional offers, precious metal rewards, gift items, exclusive member benefits, or any other redemption option introduced by Jim Dandies from time to time.

The availability of redemption options, minimum redemption requirements, redemption values, redemption limits, and applicable conditions shall be determined solely by Jim Dandies and may vary from time to time.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any redemption request where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or where fraud, abuse, technical errors, or policy violations are reasonably suspected.

Tier 1 Restriction is a temporary redemption restriction applied to eligible Reward Phalicoins associated with selected purchases.

The purpose of Tier 1 Restriction is to maintain a fair balance between customer rewards and applicable refund rights. During the period in which Tier 1 Restriction applies, the associated Reward Phalicoins remain recorded within the customer’s account but are not available for redemption.

Tier 1 Restriction applies only to eligible purchases designated by Jim Dandies and operates independently for each qualifying purchase.

The Company determines the products, categories, promotions, and Reward Phalicoins that are subject to Tier 1 Restriction.

Tier 1 Restriction may be removed by satisfying any one of the approved unlocking methods established by Jim Dandies.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion, Tier 1 Restriction may ordinarily be removed by:

voluntarily submitting and obtaining approval of an eligible Refund Waiver for the relevant purchase; or
earning eligible Reward Phalicoins equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the relevant eligible product through qualifying activities recognised by the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Once the applicable unlocking requirement has been successfully completed and verified, the associated Tier 1 Restriction shall ordinarily be removed automatically or through the applicable administrative process.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to introduce additional Tier 1 unlocking methods, modify existing methods, or discontinue particular methods for future purchases without affecting previously approved unlocks unless required to correct fraud, abuse, or system errors.

Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction is a temporary redemption restriction that may apply to eligible Windfall Reward Phalicoins and other promotional Reward Phalicoins designated by Jim Dandies.

Unlike Tier 1 Restriction, Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction is not dependent upon refund rights. Instead, it encourages continued customer participation in the Reward Phalicoins ecosystem by recognising ongoing engagement through eligible purchases, referrals, and other qualifying activities.

Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction operates independently from Tier 1 Restriction. Removal of one restriction does not automatically remove the other.

Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction may be removed by successfully completing any one of the qualifying unlocking methods published by Jim Dandies.

Unless otherwise specified, the available unlocking methods may include:

earning eligible Reward Phalicoins equal to three (3) times the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the relevant eligible product;
successfully completing two additional eligible purchases;
successfully completing two eligible referrals;
successfully completing one eligible purchase together with one eligible referral; or
any other qualifying method introduced by Jim Dandies under the applicable Reward Phalicoins Program.

Each qualifying activity remains subject to verification, eligibility requirements, anti-fraud procedures, and the applicable Reward Phalicoins rules.

Completion of any one qualifying method ordinarily results in the removal of the corresponding Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction after successful verification.

Jim Dandies may temporarily restrict, suspend, or freeze Reward Phalicoins where reasonably necessary to protect customers and maintain the integrity of the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Administrative freezes may be applied in circumstances including, but not limited to:

chargebacks;
disputed transactions;
settlement review;
refund investigations;
suspected fraudulent activity;
duplicate accounts;
referral abuse;
promotional abuse;
suspected identity misrepresentation;
technical investigation;
court orders or legal requirements; or
any other circumstance where temporary restriction is reasonably necessary.

During an administrative freeze, Reward Phalicoins may remain visible within the customer’s account but may not be redeemed, transferred, unlocked, or otherwise utilised until the relevant review has been completed.

For eligible purchases designated by Jim Dandies, customers may voluntarily submit a Refund Waiver request.

By submitting a Refund Waiver request, the customer acknowledges that they have understood the consequences of waiving the applicable refund rights associated with the relevant purchase.

Where a Refund Waiver is approved, Tier 1 Restriction applicable to the relevant purchase may be removed in accordance with the applicable Reward Phalicoins Program.

Submission of a Refund Waiver does not automatically guarantee approval. Jim Dandies may verify eligibility before approving any Refund Waiver request.

Electronic acknowledgements, customer confirmations, timestamps, system records, and audit logs maintained by Jim Dandies shall constitute evidence of the customer’s consent to the Refund Waiver.

The Reward Phalicoins Program and the Jim Dandies Settlement Program operate independently but may affect one another in certain circumstances.

Where an eligible order is cancelled, settled, refunded, reversed, or otherwise adjusted, Jim Dandies may correspondingly adjust the Reward Phalicoins associated with that order.

Such adjustments may include, where applicable:

reversal of previously awarded Reward Phalicoins;
restoration of redeemed Reward Phalicoins;
recalculation of Tier 1 or Tier 2 (PWS) Restrictions;
adjustment of Windfall Reward Phalicoins eligibility;
modification of membership status;
recalculation of future reward distributions; or
any other adjustment reasonably required to maintain the integrity of the Reward Phalicoins Program.

All such adjustments shall be carried out in accordance with these Reward Terms and the applicable Settlement Policy.

Participation in the Reward Phalicoins Program is a privilege offered by Jim Dandies and may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Program, comply with applicable laws, or safeguard the interests of customers and the Company.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a customer’s participation in the Reward Phalicoins Program where, in its reasonable opinion:

false or misleading information has been provided;
multiple or duplicate customer accounts have been created or operated;
fraudulent activity or attempted fraud is identified;
referrals have been manipulated or artificially generated;
promotional campaigns have been abused;
reward calculations have been intentionally manipulated;
chargebacks, payment disputes, or settlement abuse have occurred;
software vulnerabilities have been exploited;
these Reward Terms or other Company policies have been violated; or
continued participation may adversely affect the integrity of the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Where participation is suspended, Jim Dandies may temporarily restrict the customer’s ability to earn, redeem, transfer (where permitted), unlock, or otherwise utilise Reward Phalicoins until the relevant review has been completed.

Where participation is permanently terminated due to fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Reward Terms, Jim Dandies may cancel any outstanding Reward Phalicoins, promotional benefits, memberships, referral rewards, Windfall benefits, and other Program entitlements, subject to applicable law.

Reward Phalicoins are awarded based upon eligible transactions and qualifying activities. Where the underlying transaction or activity changes, the associated Reward Phalicoins may also require adjustment.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to reverse, reduce, increase, suspend, restore, or otherwise adjust Reward Phalicoins where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

cancellation of an eligible order;
settlement of an eligible order;
refund of an eligible order;
partial or complete reversal of a qualifying transaction;
duplicate allocation of Reward Phalicoins;
administrative corrections;
pricing corrections;
promotional adjustments;
reversal of referral eligibility;
fraud prevention;
software or calculation errors;
payment reversals;
chargebacks; or
any other circumstance affecting the validity of previously awarded Reward Phalicoins.

Where practicable, adjustments shall be reflected in the customer’s Reward Phalicoins account together with appropriate system records.

Welcome to the Reward Phalicoins Program operated by Jim Dandies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

If you do not agree with these Reward Terms, you should not participate in the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Jim Dandies maintains various technical, administrative, and operational measures to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Customers must not engage in activities including, but not limited to:

creating multiple customer accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards;
referring themselves or creating artificial referrals;
submitting false information;
manipulating purchases solely to generate rewards;
exploiting software vulnerabilities or system errors;
interfering with reward calculations;
abusing promotional campaigns;
submitting false settlement requests;
abusing refund waiver functionality;
intentionally creating chargebacks after obtaining rewards;
using automated software, bots, scripts, or similar technologies to interact with the Reward Phalicoins Program; or
engaging in any conduct intended to unfairly obtain Reward Phalicoins or interfere with the proper operation of the Program.

Jim Dandies may investigate suspected fraudulent activity at any time and may suspend or terminate participation in the Program pending completion of such investigation.

To ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability, Jim Dandies maintains comprehensive electronic records relating to the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Such records may include:

purchase history;
Reward Phalicoins earning history;
redemption history;
Tier 1 Restriction records;
Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction records;
Reward reserve balances;
referral activity;
Windfall participation;
membership eligibility;
settlement requests;
refund waiver requests;
customer acknowledgements;
administrative approvals;
security events;
audit logs;
timestamps; and
other system-generated records.

These records assist Jim Dandies in administering the Program, investigating disputes, preventing fraud, correcting errors, complying with legal obligations, and improving system security.

Electronic records maintained in the ordinary course of business shall ordinarily be treated as evidence of transactions and customer interactions relating to the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Jim Dandies makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Reward Phalicoins Program operates accurately and reliably. However, technical issues, software defects, synchronization delays, pricing errors, calculation errors, communication failures, or other system issues may occasionally occur.

Where a technical or administrative error affects Reward Phalicoins, Jim Dandies reserves the right to investigate the matter and, where reasonably necessary, correct the relevant records.

Such corrections may include:

recalculation of Reward Phalicoins;
adjustment of redemption balances;
reversal of duplicate allocations;
correction of reward restrictions;
modification of settlement-related adjustments;
correction of referral rewards;
restoration of incorrectly removed Reward Phalicoins; or
any other correction reasonably required to restore the intended operation of the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Jim Dandies will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any corrections are applied fairly and consistently.

Jim Dandies continuously develops and improves the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Accordingly, the Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to:

earning opportunities;
redemption options;
promotional campaigns;
referral benefits;
Windfall Reward Phalicoins;
membership programs;
reward calculations;
Tier 1 Restrictions;
Tier 2 (PWS) Restrictions;
unlocking methods;
reward values;
eligible products;
qualifying categories;
administrative procedures; and
other Program features.

Such changes may apply prospectively from the effective date specified by Jim Dandies, subject to applicable law.

Reward Phalicoins are promotional loyalty rewards and do not constitute money, currency, electronic money, cryptocurrency, securities, investments, deposits, prepaid payment instruments, or any legally recognised financial asset.

Except where Jim Dandies expressly provides a redemption option under the Reward Phalicoins Program, Reward Phalicoins cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred for monetary consideration, pledged as security, or exchanged for legal tender.

Participation in the Reward Phalicoins Program does not create any ownership interest or proprietary right in the Program itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jim Dandies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Without limiting the foregoing, Jim Dandies shall not be responsible for:

temporary unavailability of the Program;
delays in Reward Phalicoins allocation;
promotional campaign interruptions;
technical failures beyond its reasonable control;
actions of third-party service providers;
internet or communication failures;
software defects not caused by wilful misconduct;
delays in administrative review;
suspension of rewards during fraud investigations; or
modification or discontinuation of promotional campaigns.

Nothing contained in these Reward Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These Reward Phalicoins Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts at Bathinda, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Reward Phalicoins Program or these Reward Terms.

Customers are encouraged to contact Jim Dandies before initiating formal legal proceedings so that any concerns may first be addressed through customer support.
