  • Eligibility & Account Creation

To access certain features, including shopping and earning Phalicoins, users must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information

  • Maintain confidentiality of their login credentials

You are responsible for any activity under your account.

  • Product Information & Orders

All diamonds sold on Jim Dandies are lab-grown, ethically manufactured, and certified. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

  • Cancel orders in case of pricing errors or fraudulent activity

Orders are accepted only after successful payment processing and confirmation.

  • 50% Lifetime Settlement Program

Jim Dandies offers an optional 50% Lifetime Settlement Program for eligible products in accordance with our Settlement Policy.

The Settlement Program is distinct from a conventional refund and operates under a structured settlement workflow.

Eligibility, verification requirements, settlement calculation, product return procedures, and applicable conditions are governed exclusively by the Return & Settlement Policy.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to verify all settlement requests before approval.

  • Reward Phalicoins Program

Jim Dandies offers Phalicoins as a customer loyalty reward system.

Coins can be earned via:

  • purchase rewards

  • referral rewards

  • promotional rewards

  • Windfall Reward Phalicoins

  • future promotional campaigns

Phalicoins Terms:

  • 1 Phalicoin = ₹0.001

  • Users may appoint a nominee

  • Adequate Phalicoins can be redeemed for a 1gm Gold Phalicoin

  • Adequate Phalicoins can be redeemed for a 20gm Silver Phalicoin

 

Jim Dandies reserves the right to revise earning, redemption, and transfer rules at any time.

Participation in the Reward Phalicoins Program is voluntary and remains subject to the applicable Reward Phalicoins Policies, promotional terms, eligibility requirements, restrictions, verification procedures, and anti-fraud safeguards.

Reward Phalicoins have no monetary value unless expressly stated by Jim Dandies and may only be redeemed in accordance with the applicable program rules.

  • Fraud Prevention & Program Integrity

Jim Dandies actively monitors participation in the Reward Phalicoins Program to detect fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, unauthorized referrals, automated activity, settlement abuse, chargebacks, refund manipulation, reward manipulation, and other activities that may adversely affect the platform.

Where fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified, Jim Dandies may suspend or terminate participation in the Reward Phalicoins Program, restrict redemption, reject settlement requests, reverse rewards, or take any other reasonable action permitted by law.

  • Customer Consent

Certain features of the Reward Phalicoins Program, including refund waivers, settlement requests, referrals, reward redemption, promotional participation, and other program activities, may require customers to provide explicit consent before the relevant action can be completed.

Electronic records, confirmations, acknowledgements, and system-generated logs maintained by Jim Dandies may be relied upon as evidence of such consent.

  • Pricing & Payments

Prices listed are in INR (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We use secure payment gateways and do not store card data.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

  • Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges, delivery partners, and tracking information are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Right to Review & Administrative Decisions

Jim Dandies reserves the right to review any transaction, order, reward allocation, referral, settlement request, refund waiver, promotional participation, or account activity where verification is reasonably required.

Administrative decisions made for fraud prevention, system integrity, compliance, or correction of genuine administrative errors shall be binding unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Audit Records

To ensure transparency, accountability, security, and compliance, Jim Dandies maintains system-generated records relating to purchases, Reward Phalicoins, restrictions, unlock events, settlements, referrals, reward calculations, customer consents, administrative actions, and security events.

These records may be relied upon for customer support, dispute resolution, fraud investigations, compliance, and enforcement of these Terms.

  • Intellectual Property

All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, product designs, trademarks — is the intellectual property of Jim Dandies and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reuse or reproduce any part of the website without our written consent.

  • User Conduct & Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

  • Misuse website features or reward systems

  • Attempt fraud or unauthorized returns

  • Upload malicious content or interfere with security

  • Use bots or scraping tools on our platform

  • manipulate Reward Phalicoins;

  • create duplicate accounts;

  • submit false referrals;

  • abuse settlement procedures;

  • misuse refund waivers;

  • interfere with reward calculations;

  • exploit software vulnerabilities;

  • attempt unauthorized redemption of Reward Phalicoins.

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

  • Software & System Errors

Jim Dandies makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its website, Reward Phalicoins Program, Settlement Workflow, promotional campaigns, and related software operate accurately.

However, technical errors, calculation errors, software defects, synchronization delays, pricing mistakes, or system failures may occasionally occur.

Jim Dandies reserves the right to investigate and correct such errors, including adjusting orders, Reward Phalicoins, settlements, referrals, memberships, or promotional benefits where reasonably necessary.

  • Limitation of Liability

Jim Dandies shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party services (e.g., couriers, payment gateways)

  • Misuse of products after delivery

We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors in content or pricing may occur.

  • Reward Phalicoins Restrictions & Unlocking

Certain Reward Phalicoins may be subject to temporary redemption restrictions designed to protect the integrity, fairness, and long-term sustainability of the Reward Phalicoins Program.

Reward Phalicoins remain safely associated with the customer’s account while restricted but cannot be redeemed until the applicable unlocking requirements have been satisfied.

Jim Dandies currently operates two independent restriction systems.

 

Tier 1 Restriction

Tier 1 Restriction generally applies to Reward Phalicoins associated with eligible purchases where applicable refund rights remain available.

Tier 1 Restriction may ordinarily be removed by either:

  • voluntarily waiving the applicable refund rights for the eligible purchase; or
  • earning eligible Reward Phalicoins equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the relevant eligible product.

 

Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction

Tier 2 (PWS) Restriction generally applies to eligible Windfall Reward Phalicoins and certain promotional rewards.

Tier 2 Restriction may ordinarily be removed by successfully completing any one of the applicable qualifying methods, including eligible Reward Phalicoins earnings, qualifying purchases, eligible referrals, or other qualifying activities published by Jim Dandies from time to time.

Administrative Controls

Jim Dandies reserves the right to:

  • verify reward eligibility;

  • refuse, suspend, freeze, adjust, or reverse Reward Phalicoins;

  • reject fraudulent referrals;

  • suspend reward redemption;

  • review settlement requests;

  • correct administrative or system errors;

  • investigate abuse of promotional campaigns;

  • maintain audit records.

Such actions may be taken whenever reasonably necessary to protect customers and the integrity of the Reward Phalicoins Program.

  • Changes to Terms

Jim Dandies reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”

Changes to these Terms may include updates relating to the Reward Phalicoins Program, settlement procedures, promotional campaigns, software functionality, security measures, fraud prevention, or applicable legal requirements.

Continued use of the website following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
